An appeal.

With the Covid-19 virus now beginning to bite hard on everyone one sector in particular is going to be hit very hard at a time when people will be expecting the most form them. CHARITIES.

Sadly Walthew House has already had to cancel several big events that they rely on to bring money in so they can help the deaf/blind community in and around the Stockport area. The annual Spring Fair and marquee event Ten Pin Bowling tournament have already fallen victim as well as the cancellation of the comedian Gavin Lilley.

With many of the services users also having other health issues that now puts them in the "at risk" group Walthew will be stretched to the limit as the government looks to isolate vulnerable people and you can play a small part in helping now. The prize draw is still open and has plenty of numbers to chose from, all money raised goes directly to Walthew and The Billy Redmayne Memorial Fund and not a single penny anywhere else.

To enter you can find out more details elsewhere on the website or on my FB page, anyone wishes to make a donation directly can do so by contacting Shannon at Walthew House, their details can also be found on their FB pages.

Thank you Chris.
