Richie Harrison & Alan Edwards, the dream team is back together.

The combination that twice went so close to winning the Golden Era Supersport title with Thundersport GB are back in tandem again for 2020 after a year of different solo adventures this season.

While Richie initially announced his retirement form racing shortly before the end of 2018 the professor of 2 wheeled motorsport at Myerscough College soon had a change of heart and was back at Three Sisters in Wigan onboard the students project 125 Streetstock bike and also enjoying a season long battle with both Alex Latham and eventual championship winner Tony Griffiths in the F400 series before taking the little Kawasaki to Oulton Park for a wildcard ride with the North Gloucestershire Road Racing Club.

Alan remained in the Thundersport paddock where he teamed up with rider Zach Oultram and Dad Karl in the premier GP1 Sportsman & Elite class to face off against the fastest club riders in the UK. Sadly the K&A Racing squad called time on the season after the Anglesey meeting but not before showing some serious promise as Zach made up for missing the first round at Brands Hatch by storming up the championship standings over the next few meetings.

2020 will see the boys back together with the RAP Racing/P&C Pavers motorcycle race team, (You can find their racing page of the same name on Facebook), staying with the Thundersport GB championship and in the Elite class with a Kawasaki ZX10r underneath Richie for the season. With the team already used to working together the team will be looking to hit the ground running as the aim to rustle a feather or two in the year ahead.
